Tmrw Studios provides creative services including (but not limited to):

• Brand identity design

• Graphic design for digital and print use

• Strategic consultations

• Social media and marketing content

• Flat-rate design packages and custom add-ons

• Digital products and branded templates

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with or without notice.

• All paid consultations and design packages must be paid in full before work begins.

• Free discovery calls are limited to 15 minutes and are non-obligatory.

• Paid consult fees can be applied as credit toward a full package if booked within 30 days.

• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• No work will begin without confirmation of payment and intake completion.

• Consultations are refundable only if canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Design packages and digital products are non-refundable, due to the custom and creative nature of the work.

• If a client becomes unresponsive or delays the project for more than 21 days without communication, the project may be marked as complete and no refund will be issued.

Standard packages include 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

To ensure a smooth process, clients are expected to:

• Submit all required information by the agreed start date

• Provide clear, constructive feedback within reasonable timeframes

• Maintain respectful and professional communication

• Understand that delays in feedback will delay project delivery

• All final designs, once paid for in full, are yours to use for commercial and brand purposes.

• Tmrw Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Raw files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, PSD) are not included unless specifically purchased.

• Templates, guides, and other digital products remain the intellectual property of Tmrw Studios and may not be resold or redistributed.

All digital products sold (e.g., templates, PDFs, brand kits) are:

• Delivered electronically

• For personal or business use only

• May not be copied, resold, or claimed as your own

• Sales are final unless otherwise specified

• Strategy sessions are based on the information you provide and are meant to guide—not guarantee—brand success.

• Tmrw Studios is not responsible for the implementation or outcome of strategies discussed during consults.

• Booking a consult does not obligate you to purchase a package.

All official project communication will occur via:

• Email

• Client forms

• Scheduled video or phone calls

Please allow 1–2 business days for email responses. Office hours may vary but will be clearly communicated.

mrw Studios is not liable for:

• Business loss, missed revenue, or third-party damages resulting from the use of our services

• Client misuse or misrepresentation of designs or advice

• Data loss due to email issues, file handling errors, or website hosting platforms

We do our best to maintain quality and security but cannot guarantee perfection or performance of any third-party platforms.

Tmrw Studios reserves the right to terminate a project or working relationship at any time due to:

• Repeated lack of communication

• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

• Scope creep beyond original agreement (unless revised and approved)

Any work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and delivered, but no refunds will be issued for incomplete projects resulting from client-side issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with local and federal regulations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
