How do I know which package is right for me?
Each package is designed for a different stage of growth. If you’re still figuring things out, start with Clarity. If you’re ready for design, Focus builds your full identity. And if you already have visuals but need consistency or expansion, Align or Launch are your next steps. You can always book a quick consult; we’ll help you choose.
Do I need to start with the Clarity package?
Not always. Many clients do, but if you already understand your audience and direction, you can begin with Focus or Align instead. We’ll review your intake form before starting to make sure the package fits your goals. If a different path makes more sense, we’ll guide you there, so you always start in the right place. The process is flexible by design, built to meet you exactly where your brand is today.

How long does the process take?
Most projects take between two and five weeks, depending on their scope and the time required for feedback. You’ll receive a clear timeline before kickoff that outlines key checkpoints. We keep communication open at every stage, so you’ll always know what’s happening and when to expect delivery.
What’s your policy on revisions or changes?
Every package includes a set number of revision rounds to keep feedback structured and productive. If you’d like additional revisions or new directions beyond the original scope, they can be added as Refinements or billed at the standard hourly rate. This keeps the process smooth, efficient, and fair for both sides.
How do I communicate during a project?
We primarily use email and scheduled check-ins to keep communication organized and efficient. You’ll always know the best way to reach us and when to expect updates. For larger projects, we’ll set clear checkpoints so feedback and revisions happen smoothly without overwhelming.
What’s included in each package?
Everything you see on the Packages page is included exactly as listed. Each service outlines deliverables, timelines, and add-on options with no hidden costs. We believe in full transparency — you’ll always know what’s included, what’s optional, and what comes next.
Pricing & Payments
Do I get the source design files?
You’ll receive all final logo files, exported assets, and brand guides you need for print and digital use. Editable source files (like raw Illustrator or Photoshop documents) aren’t included unless arranged in advance. This helps keep pricing fair and delivery organized while still giving you everything required to launch and grow confidently.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment can be made in full up front or split into installments depending on the package total. Deliverables are released in stages as payments are completed, keeping things fair and flexible. For ongoing work, our Monthly Momentum Retainer includes simple, predictable monthly billing.

What happens after my project is done?
When your project wraps, all files are organized in a dedicated Google Drive folder for easy access. You’ll also receive a short follow-up email with recommendations for Refinements or Retainer options. Whether you need a quick update or ongoing support, we’ll make sure your brand continues to grow with intention.
What if I’m not ready to commit to a full package?
That’s completely fine. You can start small with a Refinement or book a consultation to get expert feedback before investing in a full project. The goal is to help you take the next right step, not rush the process. We’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Can you rush a project if I’m on a tight timeline?
Yes — when possible. Rush delivery depends on the current workload and project complexity. If you need a quick turnaround, let us know early so we can confirm availability and apply a small rush fee if needed. We’ll never sacrifice quality, but we can often expedite without compromise.
Flat-rate pricing means no surprises — just clear deliverables, flexible options, and fair timelines.
Can I combine packages or customize my scope?
Yes. Most clients move naturally from Clarity to Focus to Align, but we can adjust if your needs fall in between. Custom combinations are quoted individually to give you the right mix of strategy and design — without paying for anything you don’t need.

Do you design websites or just branding?
Tmrw Studios handles most projects fully in-house, from brand strategy to design and layout. When a project calls for something more specialized — like custom web development, photography, or motion — we collaborate with trusted local experts. You’ll always have one creative direction, one contact, and one seamless process.
Can you work with me if I’m not in Denver?
Yes! While our studio is based at Greenspaces Denver, nearly all projects are completed remotely. We work with clients across the country through email, Zoom, and shared Google Drive folders, so you’ll get the same collaborative experience no matter where you’re located.
